Bookings.com, a subsidiary of Priceline, completes the hotel reservations. Bookings.com is a glboal leader in hotel reservations. The business is operated by Priceline, a multibillion dollar public company listed on the NASDAQ.

Refunds

YayTrip does not process the payments or have access to your payment details.

What is your refund policy?

Please check your reservation screen for details on the refund policy as they vary by activity/hotel booking.

The general refund policies from Viator and Bookings.com are:

Viator:

Event, Attraction, Theater, Show or Coupon Ticket: These are non-refundable in all circumstances.

Other Tour Products & Services If you cancel at least 7 calendar days in advance, there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel between 3 and 6 calendar days in advance, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. If you cancel within 2 calendar days in advance, you will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.
