This action-packed all-day trip from Reykjavik allows visitors to get in touch with some of Iceland's most famous and exciting natural phenomena on board a specially designed Icelandic Super Jeep before taking a thrilling snowmobiling ride on Langjökull, Iceland's second largest glacier.
First stop is the Thingvellir National Park, which has a special place in the hearts of Icelanders for its historical importance and geological uniqueness. It was here that Iceland's first Parliament was founded in 930AD and the views from here over Iceland's rough terrain are stunning.
Continue along mountain tracks to experience the many bubbling and spouting hot springs at the geothermal area of Geysir. The geysers explode every few minutes and are an amazing spectacle. Next the jeep heads to the majestic double cascade waterfall of Gullfoss, where you can feel the spray of the glacial water on your face. The highlight of the trip gives you the chance to get even closer to Iceland's nature on an exhilarating snowmobiling tour on Langjökull, Iceland's second largest glacier.
After an action-packed day the jeep passes through the countryside en-route to Reykjavik. A truly memorable trip encompassing many of the natural wonders of this beautiful island.

Very short time at the sights, not enough to enjoy, a big rush. Helpful guide, great car, professional snowmobile.

A great tour that includes all of the best Golden Circle sights but with added adventure and fun from the snowmobiling. You do need a good level of fitness as the jeep drive is incredibly bumpy and snowmobiling is much harder than it looks! We had a lot of fun!!

Excellent. We have been to Iceland 4 times before and visited all the places on this tour many times so maybe we weren't so amazed at some of the sights as the other people on our tour. But the snowmobiling was amazing. Lucky we did the tour in reverse though as wouldn't have been so good arrving later at the snowmobiling equipment hut. Only thing is it was really pointless going in the super jeep as there wasn't enough off roading to make it exciting. We picked up many leaflets of other companies who did off roading combined with the snowmobiling so we would do that if we came again.

We had a fantastic day out, the tour guide was excellent and friendly and very informative and no communication problems. The tour itself was just as good beautiful sights and scenery. The snowmobiling was excellent if not a little scary. Would recommend this trip and country to anyone.

We did this on 11/11/12 which was my birthday and had an amazing day! The snowmobiling had to be my favourite. I recommend this tour 110%. Enjoy!

More driving than I thought but I really enjoyed this. The snowmobiling was hilarious and even in the summer when the glacier is slippery and melting, it was still spectacular.

This tour was the absolute highlight of our trip! The guide was excellent, and we spent plenty of time in each place, before heading on to the snowmobiling. I highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to see all the best bits of Iceland in a full day trip, and a bit of adventure!

Outstanding day (9am-6pm) packed with very interesting sights and the snowmobiling was extra special due to our guides special passion for the glaciers. Well worth the cost.

One of the best tours I've taken. If you have one day in Iceland, this is the tour to take. Not only do you see all the incredible sites but you learn so much (perfect for those Geology geeks out there!) about the science behind what you are viewing but also you learn a lot about the culture/people. You also will not have any more fun than riding a snowmobile on a glacier!!

This trip seems expensive but was definitely worth the money. Without the super jeep and snowmobiling I think the Golden Circle tour would've been a little boring, I would recommend going for this one rather than the standard coach trip. Gulfoss waterfall, the Geysers, and Þingvellir were really beautiful places to see, a shame it was raining but that was to be expected in October. The jeep then took us to Langjökull glacier, there wasn't any snow on the ground and it initially didn't look that nice as it is covered in volcanic ash, however once you get going on the snowmobile they take you further onto the glacier and all you can see is ice around you, and it started snowing. Our tour guide was very informative and friendly, he seemed to know a lot about each of the areas we visited. Overall I would say this tour is worth doing, probably the best thing I did during my visit to Iceland.

This was an excellent day out with a guide who cared that you had a good time. Full on fun packed day. Be ready to rock when you go off road they like to get in the spirit of the event by playing heavy metal music. Good fun dont go with anybody else book with these guys. Biggest company in Iceland and booking with Viator was cheaper than direct. The snowmobiling was brilliant. Dont worry about your clothes all is provided for you.

This tour really made our weekend away. The waterfall took my breath away, the geysers were amazing and the snowmobiling was the icing on the cake! Our guide was so informative and made the trip even more special. We'll be back to try a few other tours with you!

The day's experience for both of us was wonderful. We were shown all the sites, ie. the Geysier, waterfall, glacier volcano and others. The guide was very good and gave just enough information but not overload. The snowmobile experience was good with the guides being very caring. I had a problem guiding the snowmobile and got into a panic, but the guide was there to sort me out and my daughter rode on her own and I became a passenger behind the guide. We were well kitted out with clothing to suite the temperature. It was a very full day and well worth the money.

Wow, what a great trip! Very skillful drivers, especially needed off road up the glacier. We had a lot of fun snowmobiling, very safety conscious people, which was good. All the stops were well planned and we had no more than 45 mins driving before we got out to stretch our legs for a walk, sights etc. Lunch and drink stop was factored into the day. Super jeeps were very comfortable, driver very funny, informative. Well worth spending the money and a great way to see the Golden Circle.
